Orders normally ship from our facility within 24 hours of receiving the order. During peak seasons, orders may take up to three business days to be processed and shipped.

Temperature effects certain products during shipping. Lil Turtles reserves the rights to postpone any shipments to certain destinations. If this happens, the customer will be notified. Shipments may be delayed up to two days to best facilitate in these conditions. For example, we avoid shipping over weekends in warmer seasons.
Lil Turtles is not responsible for packages left unattended outdoors upon delivery.
Our standard rates DO NOT include weekend deliveries.
